After preparation of the tooth and making a print, a model is made in the dental laboratory the details of which are scanned by a special scanner and the data is transferred to one of three places of production Procera: USA, Switzerland or Japan.

There is a frame made of aluminum oxide or zirconium oxide and sent to the laboratory in Ukraine. Then comes the final stage: the frame is covered by special ceramic, in accordance with the required shape and color of the tooth.
