Due to severe bone loss, several clinics had declined to perform her surgical rehabilitation.

The treatment was carried out in several stages:

▫️ Under sedation, extraction of non-restorable teeth followed by placement of 8 Neodent implants.
▫️ Placement of a temporary prosthetic restoration, allowing the patient to maintain comfort and function throughout the treatment.
▫️ After successful implant integration, installation of a bar-supported restoration and the final prosthetic rehabilitation.
Thanks to precise planning, teamwork, and modern treatment protocols, even this complex clinical case resulted in a fully functional and aesthetically pleasing new smile.
